By accessing or using AdsWWD ("the Platform") at www.adswwd.cn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Service Description
AdsWWD is a SaaS platform that provides Google Ads account management, reporting, monitoring, and automation services through integration with the Google Ads API. Users connect their Google Ads accounts via OAuth 2.0 authorization.
Platform Usage
By using AdsWWD, you agree to:
- Connect only Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorized to manage
- Provide accurate information when using the Platform
- Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorized accounts
Google Ads API & OAuth
Your use of Google Ads data through our Platform is also subject to:
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for compliance with Google Ads Policies, applicable local advertising regulations, and data protection laws. Users are solely responsible for the advertising content and campaigns managed through their connected accounts.
Service Availability
AdsWWD provides management, reporting, and automation tools on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:
- Specific advertising performance or ROI outcomes
- Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
- Compatibility with all Google Ads account configurations
Scheduled maintenance or Google API service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by AdsWWD. Users retain ownership of their advertising data and campaign content.
Account Restrictions
AdsWWD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of:
- Unauthorized access attempts or security violations
- Abuse of Platform functionality or API rate limits
- Violation of these Terms, Google Ads Policies, or applicable laws
- Non-payment of subscription fees (if applicable)
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsWWD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to advertising spend, lost revenue, or campaign performance issues.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
