Overview
AdsWWD ("we", "our", "us") operates a SaaS platform for Google Ads account management, reporting, monitoring, and automation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform at www.adswwd.cn.
Information We Access
Users connect their Google Ads accounts through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process. We request the following OAuth scope:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
Through this authorized access and the Google Ads API, we may access:
- Google Ads account IDs and account hierarchy (including MCC relationships)
- Campaign, ad group, and keyword performance metrics
- Spend, budget, and billing-related data
- Conversion and click data associated with advertising campaigns
- Account settings relevant to management and reporting features
We only access information that users explicitly authorize. We do not access Google account passwords or unrelated Google services data.
How We Use Data
Advertising account data is used solely to provide platform functionality, including:
- Displaying connected Google Ads accounts and MCC hierarchies
- Generating performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Monitoring campaign status, budget pacing, and account health
- Executing user-initiated campaign operations and automation workflows
- Sending user-configured alerts and notifications
We do not use advertising data for advertising purposes, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the platform services described above.
Data Storage & Security
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
Data Sharing
AdsWWD does not sell, rent, or transfer user information or advertising account data to third parties. Data may only be shared:
- With Google's API services as required for platform functionality
- When required by law or valid legal process
- With user consent for specific integrations they configure
Google API Services User Data Policy
AdsWWD's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access Revocation & Data Deletion
Users may revoke Google Ads access at any time through their Google Account permissions page.
Users may also request deletion of stored information by contacting us at support@adswwd.cn. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
